Winemaking process

Organic and biodynamic methods followed.

Produced from Albarossa, a grape variety unique in the world. It is a hybrid from the 1930’s of Nebbiolo and Barbera, created by Professor Dalmasso.

Admura spends 22 months in Terracotta amphorae after 28 days of maceration on the skins in a big oak cask where the sponateneus fermentation starts.

In the local dialect of 19th century, Admura means “toy”.


Best served around 18°C, but also slighty chilled. Let it breathe before drink.

Store in cool and dark place keeping the bottle lying down.

Ageing potential for over 20 years.

ADMURA - 2018 Albarossa 14%

  • Juicy and fruity ruby red with hints of sour cherry, goosberry, red currants and kiwi, citrucy floral and spicy notes. Medium-bodied with soft tannins, it is characterized by a good freshness and sharp but plesant and characteristic acidity with persistent finish. 

    Pairing suggesetions:

    Tuna steak, grilled fish, sashimi, spiced asian cuisine, fresh soft and goat cheeses, pasta, pizza.
