Produced from Albarossa, a grape variety unique in the world. It is a hybrid from the 1930’s of Nebbiolo and Barbera, created by Professor Dalmasso.
Admura spends 22 months in Terracotta amphorae after 28 days of maceration on the skins in a big oak cask where the sponateneus fermentation starts.
In the local dialect of 19th century, Admura means “toy”.
Best served around 18°C, but also slighty chilled. Let it breathe before drink.
Store in cool and dark place keeping the bottle lying down.
Ageing potential for over 20 years.

Juicy and fruity ruby red with hints of sour cherry, goosberry, red currants and kiwi, citrucy floral and spicy notes. Medium-bodied with soft tannins, it is characterized by a good freshness and sharp but plesant and characteristic acidity with persistent finish.

Tuna steak, grilled fish, sashimi, spiced asian cuisine, fresh soft and goat cheeses, pasta, pizza.
