Winemaking process


From vines planted in the 1968, located at 300 meters above sea level next to Verona.

The vinification happens by soft pressing, spontaneous fermentation of the must iin used wooden vats of 30 hectoliters, 8 days of contact on the skins, about 6 months of maturation in steel tanks, bottled with the addition of the must from Recioto dried grapes of the same vintage for the second fermentation.

Principles of biodynamic methods followed.


Best served sligthly chilled around 10°C. Let it breath before drink.

Before opening, multiple insertions are advised to let the sediment mix evenly inside the bottle.

Store in cool and dark place keeping the bottle lying down.

Ageing potential for over 20 years.
