Winemaking process:
Grapes are hand selected from the oldest vine on the farm (1950's) and then undergo a long fermentation in maceration with the skins.
Best served beetween 6-10°C
Store between 10-15°C

CAPRICCIO DI BACCO - 2020 Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro 12%
Tasting notes:
Intense red with purple fucsia tick foam with persistent perlage. Delicate aromas that recall black cherry and ripe red fruit, followed by spicy hints. Between dry and demi sweet, the enveloping entrance widens into a full taste and defines a pleasant and balanced tannic extension. The dry finish abandons itself to a fruity memory.

fresh pasta, pizza, risotto, roast pork, cured meat, cheese, sushi and sashimi.
