Winemaking process:
The fermentation occurs spontaneously in steel tanks, with the exclusive use of wild yeasts and prolonged maceration. It is then aged for 29 months in old casks.
In the local dialect of 19th century, Rapp means “bunch”.
The RAPP vineyard was planted in 1970, with 4.5 tons per ha average yield. Organic and biodynamic methods followed.
Best served at room temperature above 18°C, let it breathe before drink.
Store in cool and dark place keeping the bottle lying down.
Ageing potential for over 20 years.

Tasting notes:
Aromas of red fruit, spices and balsamic notes on the nose. In the mouth red berries, plums, oak hints and soft tannins with a good balanced acidity.
