Sangiovese (80%), Malbo Gentile (15%), Cabernet (5%)
The process is a traditional method with a soft vacuum pressing of grapes and staying on pomace at a controlled temperature, in order to avoid any abnormal fermentation.
Best served at room temperature above 20°C, let it breathe before drink.
Store in cool and dark place keeping the bottle lying down.
Ageing potential for over 15 years.
