Organic sparkling rose, Frizzante refermented in bottle, 12.5%vol, no added sulphites.

 

Grape variety:

100% Barbera

 

Winemaking process:

The Barbera grapes are hand selected in small cassettes.

After short skin contact it stays in concrete vats and then bottled for the second fermentation.

Organic method are followed in the field, no additives whatsoever in the cellar.

 

Best served around 6°C.

Few insertions of the bottle before opening are advsed, to allow the sediment to mix evenly.

Storage for long period in dark and cool place between 10-15°
