Winemaking process:
The best grapes are hand selected and then processed with a double fermentation.
The wine is disgorged after 30 months on the lees (wild yeasts) and made with the Classic Method of vinification with a very low content of residual natural sugars.
Best served between 6-10°C
Storage for long period in dark and cool place between 10-15°
Packaging:
Champagnotta Cuvee bottle with cork mushroom stopper. Supplied with cardboard gift box.

Delicate antique pink colour, enlivened by a very fine and delicate perlage. Bread crust and brioche, lively citrus hints, cinnamon, coconut and wild rose on the finish mixes and completes the structure.
For party and events, best paired with cheese and cured meat, special with sushi and sashimi.
