Winemaking process:

The best grapes are hand selected and then processed with a double fermentation.

The wine is disgorged after 30 months on the lees (wild yeasts) and made with the Classic Method of vinification with a very low content of residual natural sugars.


Best served between 6-10°C

Storage for long period in dark and cool place between 10-15°
