Spergola dell'Emilia IGT

Organic macerated white, Pas Dosè, Classic Method 2018, 12.5%vol, no added sulphites.

 

Grape variety:

90% Spergola, 10% Moscato.

 

Winemaking info: 


From clayey silicious soil hills of Reggio nell'Emilia, the grape yields is 1.5 kg per plant.
Vinification start with a maceration on the skins in steel tanks for 5 days.
Refined in steel for 6 months and 3 years in bottle sur lies.
The bottles produced are only 932.

 

Best served between 8-10°C

Storage for long period in dark and cool place between 10-15°

 

Packaging: 

Champagnotta bottle with natural cork mushroom stopper. 

Supplied with cardboard gift box.
