Lambrusco dell’Emilia IGT

 

Type: 

Organic dry sparkling red 2020, Charmat method, 10.5%vol, no added sulphites.


Grape variety: 

100% Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro

 

Winemaking process: 

The best grapes are hand selected. A vacuum pressing takes place following the first maceration at a controlled temperature on indigenous yeasts in autoclave steel tank where it stays for more than 5 months to allow the yeasts to "eat" the natural sugar content.

With a low residual sugar content is considered a dry Lambrusco.

The vinification temperature is controlled to avoid any abnormal oxidation, preserving and refining the wines unique and distinctive bouquet.

 

Best served at about 6°C

Store between 4-15°C
