From clayey silicious soil hills of Reggio nell'Emilia, the grape yields is 1.5 kgs per plant.
The maceration starts on the skins in steel tanks with daily pumpovers for about one month and then refined in big oak barrels for 24 months.The bottles produced: 1577.
No chemicals or additives from the field to the cellar.The natural sulphites are below 10 mg/Lt.
Best served at room temperature above 18°C.
Storage for long period in dark and cool place between 10-15°C.
Ageing potential for over 20 years.
Packaging: Bordolese with flat natural cork.

Deep red with hints of red berries and blackberries, spices from the oak barrel, coffee hints; herbal and balanced with smooth tannin and good acidity , dry finish and great structure with a medium-full body.
