Organic macerated still red 2018, 13% vol, no added sulphites
Malbo Gentile 90%, Marzemino 10%
From clayey silicious soil hills of Reggio nell'Emilia, the grape yields is 1.5 kgs per plant.
The maceration starts on the skins in steel tanks with daily pumpovers for about one month and then refined in big oak barrels for 24 months.
The bottles produced are only 1577.
No chemicals or additives from the field to the cellar. The natural sulphites are below 10 mg/Lt.
Best served at room temperature above 18°C.
Storage for long period in dark and cool place between 10-15°C.
Ageing potential for over 20 years.
Packaging: Bordolese with flat natural cork.
