made with a local grape varety from a vineyard planted in 2013 with 5 tons per ha average yield. It spends 20 months at least in old tonneaux.

RA NEIRA - 2018 Nebbiolo 13.5%
Tasting notes:
Full and intense ruby red colour. On the nose, it’s warm and enveloping with the typical Nebbiolo aromas of morello black cherry, and plum jam flanked by a gentle balsamic hints.
In the mouth, it’s structured, round and well balanced with a presence of a mineral intensity with notes of oak spices ,leather, incense and red fruits. Great complexity with elegant and enveloping tannins.
Food pairing suggestions:
Cured meet and cheese platters, fresh pasta and strongly flavored sauces, autumn soups, and mushrooms. Roasted meat and wild game.
