Vinification starts with maceration on the skins in steel tanks for 3 days.
Refined in steel for 6 months and 1 year in bottle sur lies.
The bottles produced are only 2956.
No chemicals or additives from the field to the cellar. The natural sulphites are below 10 mg/Lt.
Best served at about 8°C.
Storage for long period in dark and cool place between 10-15°C
Packaging: Borgognotta with mushroom natural cork.
