Trebbiano di Modena (100%).

 

Winemaking process:

The best grapes are hand selected and then processed with a double fermentation.

The wine is disgorged after 28 months on the lees (wild yeasts) and made with the Classic Method of vinification with a very low content of residual natural sugars.

 

Best served at about 6°C

Storage for long period in dark and cool place between 10-15°

    Bright straw-yellow colour with golden reflections and persistent perlage. Floral and fruity aromas clearly impact, with hints of jasmine, acacia and grapefruit.

    It is soft and enveloping on the palate and keeps its balance thanks to a  freshness and pleasant flavour that ensures a good overall persistence.

    Food pairing suggestions:

    For party and events, canapes, cheese and cured meat, dry pastry.
