Winemaking process:
Malvasia grapes are hand selected in small cassette.
After more then 9 months maceration on the skins it stays 24 months on the lees for the tirage. Only use of native yeasts without filtration, Degorged a la volè, Pas dosè, Mileesimè.
Organic method are followed in the field, no additives whatsoever and no added sulphites.
Best served between 6-10°C
Storage for long period in dark and cool place between 10-15°
Packaging:
Champagnotta bottle with selected cork mushroom stopper.
Supplied with cardboard gift box.

Cloudy antique orange with fine and persistent perlage. Full body , nose of dry wild roses and sultana, on the palate open with fruit notes of apricot, peach, blood orange, pear, apple, sour cherry, dandelion and burdock, with hints of liquorice and chamomille. Dry finish with breadcrust and brioche aftertaste.
Aperitivo, fresh pasta with fresh white truffle, fresh creamy cheese and cured meat, dry pastry.
