The setting for enoteca within the historical 18th century building of Surrey House presents a classic feel with many original features on show, creating an authentic dining experience. A paired back interior allows for the character of the building and food to be showcased .
For the fitout we used repurposed items and sustainable materials. Vintage plates and cutlery, homemade napkins, recycled timber, lighting and building materials, everything was refurbished by us and local artisan friends.
The theme of reducing waste continues throughout the restaurant - eco friendly leather menus using offcuts from tanneries, recycled paper for the menu and takeaway packaging.
