Lambrusco dell'Emilia IGT 

 

Type: 

Organic frizzante rosè 2020, refermented in bottle (Pet Nat), 12% vol, no added sulphites.

 

Grape variety: 

100% Lambrusco Grasparossa.

 

Winemaking info: 

From clayey silicious soil hills of Reggio nell'Emilia, the grape yields is 2 kg per plant.
Vinification obtained with direct press and spontaneous fermentation. The bottles produced are only 3699.
Refined in small concrete tanks for 6 months and refermentation in the bottle with natural indigenous yeast.
No chemicals or additives from the field to the cellar. The natural sulphites are 14 mg/Lt.

 

Best served chilled at about 6°C.

Storage for long period in dark and cool place between 10-15°C
